Joor Erin, Owner of Soup du Joor studied and lived abroad in Mexico and Europe. In between and after classes she would sample the local cuisine and developed a true love for authentic Mexican, Italian and French Food. In April 2008, Joor received a call from the Rachael Ray show inviting her to conduct her own cooking segments. Since then she has made several appearances on NBC sharing her cooking creations with viewers in Minneapolis. She is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) and Chefs USA. Soup du Joor is licensed, insured and registered with the State of Minnesota.
