Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with Weddingbands.com during my visit to the United States. My fiance and I came over from Australia to get married in the US and searched for rings online before we left. The ordering process was easy and their prices were competitive. Due to the fact we were travelling, I specifically requested my Fiance's ring be shipped Fedex to New York to a 24/7 location where my own rings were being shipped. This request was ignored and the package was sent UPS to a depot not open on weekends, the day I was leaving New York. Because i wasn't the shipper, UPS would not let me forward the package to my next destination. A number of frantic phone calls and emails ensued, because Weddingbands.com were slow to respond to me the package wouldn't make it to me in Washington in time to collect it, but had to be sent to Arkansas, where we were going get married. Long story short, the package missed getting to Arkansas and we decided not to have the wedding without it. It was only a small affair for the two of us for sentimental reasons, but Weddingbands.com wouldn't answer my emails or requests to call me. I had to have the innkeeper Fedex the package to me in LA after I'd left AK, so all i can say is we were bitterly disappointed by their lack of customer service in a highly stressful situation. It's fair to say the experience was damaged, it must have all been too hard. A quality ring, but hope that you don't need special service from them.

Dear All, yes, normally I not spend such money online and also for the wedding ring without seeing it by myself! But I was challenged by weddingbands.com, they have an excellent service, the rings matching perfectly and they deliver exactly in time. So who buys their wedding bands sight unseen online? We do! They will send a ring sizing kit if you request which was very helpful. My husband I I both wanted something "in between" the full and half sizes and guess what? They offer .75 sizing too! Free engraving was a plus too. They have so many designs but we chose very simple 18k white gold bands with the comfort fit design. Sizes were true and the quality is exactly as described. I placed the order with standard shipping which comes FedEx signature required, and they arrived on time. The packaging was even nicer that the cheesy box that my much more expensive engagement diamond did from the local jeweler! The internet made putting our wedding together very easy and WeddingBands.com was one of the best decision we made!

I purchased my husband's ring though www.weddingbands.com. We had looked locally for the right ring and just couldn't find one we liked. He wanted a soft silver colored I wanted gold. We purchased a $50 tungstun ring at K-Mart, but I wanted one that could be re-sized when/if he lost weight. I found a 4mm white gold comfort fit band and ordered it with a brushed finish. When it arrived, it came in a beautiful polished wooden box in a cardboard over box with lid. However, it was shiney, not brushed. I called them and they sent me a shipping label to return it and I had my new ring back in less than a week. They were very professional and apologetic. He really likes this ring (much more than the tungstun) and the price was much less than anything we could find locally (if we could find it).

I purchased my husband's wedding band from weddingbands.com. The 14K white gold band is beautiful and looks just like the much more expensive ones sold at jewelry stores with physical locations. The engraving was free and turned out looking great. If you are on a limited budget this is definitely the way to go.

We bought both wedding bands here. We didn't need any help with sizing so I can't comment on that. They have a large selection but we knew what we wanted before we even started looking. I did opt to upgrade his band when I saw how cheap the prices were. I got a 4 mm platinum band for him with a really cool herringbone pattern and engraved (no extra charge) for less than $600, including shipping. They are very careful with your credit card information. I couldn't have the band delivered to my apartment because I wouldn't be there to sign for it. I initially requested that it be sent to my place of employment. They wouldn't do it. The security officer for weddingbands.com called me and said they couldn't be sure that someone wasn't fraudulently using my credit card since the ship-to address didn't match the credit card address. I opted to pick up the package at the UPS facility instead. I was very happy to see someone be so responsible with my credit card. The ring arrived very quickly despite needing to be engraved. It came in a nice box and was packaged really, really well.

Beautiful assortment of wedding bands...something for everyone. My husband picked a really nice handmade version while I went with a simple band to add to the set he picked out for me elsewhere. Customer service personnel are curteous and quick to respond to questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend.
