VIP Limo went above and beyond by arranging for an alternate limo for us when their limo was in an accident the week prior to our event. They even helped us out with the price difference. The driver was very nice considering how rowdy we were. We are repeat customers due to their good service, great limos and the best prices around. Thanks!

I was reading the other comment and apparently they pulled the same story on them!They told me the limo got into an accident the week before the wedding and then "helped" me by re-arranging for another limo.We got a shitty, old, squeaky Lincoln when we originally opted for a nice white Mercedes. And I had to pay more!! Like it was my fault their limo had an accident (which I doubt it did).They didn't want to refund my deposit even after the wedding... just ridiculous business practices. I would not recommend this company... at all.
