St. Croix Cleaners - gown care

I needed a last minute press for my gown (two weeks before my wedding - because I had improperly stored it, woops). I contacted St. Croix cleaners and spoke with Dwayne. He was very thorough in explaining the process, what to expect and how to proceed. I dropped my dress off for an estimate and they got back to me right away with a very reasonable quote. After I got the dress back, I was about 80% satisfied with the press so I mentioned this politely to Dwayne and asked him to look at it with me to see if it was realistic to get the results I was after. He definitely went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. He wowed me and re-pressed the dress is record time. The dress looked AMAZING when he was done with it. This could have easily been a "horror story" but their customer service was fantastic. Work with Dwayne. He is awesome! Thanks!!Amy
