Sisters Bridal & Tux

My husband,groomsmen, ushers, and fathers got their tuxes from Sisters. I would NOT recommend them! Over half the tuxes didn't fit. After multiple trips there the tuxes were suppose to arrive at noon the DAY OF THE WEDDING - pictures started at noon also. I was NOT happy. They don't stand behind their tuxes - and don't know which ones run bigger and which run smaller... if they would have known this we may not have had problems. They offered to give me $30 re-imbursement!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR ALL THAT HASSLE AND STRESS AND RUNNING AROUND! Brides and Grooms STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

Is it possible to give a zero rating? Apparently not! Sister's Bridal and Tux was the worst experience EVER! We had groomsman from all over who were measured at different places and I gathered all the measurements and sent to Sisters. My brother and father were measured by them. On the day we picked up our tuxes every person had an error in their order. They swore up and down it was because they didn't measure us, BUT my dad & brother's tuxes were the worst. I spoke with the store owner and she would take no responsibility and provided no help to ensure that we would have the right size attire for the wedding ceremony the next day. If it wasn't for my bridesmaid who used to work in the industry I know we would not have. My bridesmaid called and arranged a delivery to the church for the correct attire the next morning. Sister's did NOTHING!! They even told us if they were to get different sizes for us we would have to drive all the way back to new ulm (45 minutes away from our location) to pick them up. SERIOUSLY? Horrible service, horrible place. STAY AWAY! Finally about a month after the wedding I received an apology from the shop. However, they offered nothing to cover their actions. Not even a refund or partial refund for ANYONE. When I inquired as to what actions they were going to take now that they were taking ownership of the issue I never received a response. I can't say enough bad things about this place!

I got a bad feeling about this place from the begining, but this is where the bride chose to buy the dresses for her wedding. When I went in to get mesaured the two women were fighting over what sizeing chart to use. When I went to pick up the dress it was so big I had to hold it up, or it would have fallen to the floor. When I said they must have ordered the wrong size dress, they said I signed for this size so I was responsible. When I said they were the ones who measured me they said I must have lost weight. I have been the same size for YEARS, and even if there would have been no way I lost 4 dress sizes in 8 weeks. If I wouldn't have already put 50% down, I would have left and found the dress elsewhere.Please do not mess with this place, it is not worth the convience of being local.

Sisters is a cute bridal shop in New Ulm. They recently just moved their store. I really enjoyed the service I recieved the staff was very friendly and helpful. If there were things I needed to be done I could do them over the phone, it was nice.

i highly reccomend sisters for your dress. I loved the fact i ordered my wedding dress and the bridal dresses all at the same place and got a great discount on top of it. They were very helpful with all the fittings and great to work with.

I absolutely love my dress! The tailored it to fit perfectly! I also got all bridesmaids' shoes there, as well.

I would absolutely never go back to purchase a dress from this store! I came in with my bridesmaid and maid of honor on a scheduled visit and they acted like they didn't have the time of day for me. When it came to the colors to pick out they were not helpful in coordinating them. I ended up paying for rush shipping through them and still didn't get my dresses until over a week later! Many phone calls asking about the status of delivery later they finally arrived. However, when they arrived the dresses were not only in the wrong colors, but in the wrong sizes! It was not nice to work these women and I won't go back there ever again!
