Their workers are not on commission thus he worked hard to find me my perfect ring within our price range. I felt no pressure to find something more expensive. Many of their ring do not come with the stone inside so you can choose your perfect band and a stone you can afford to put inside it.

ShaneCo not only provided us with great customer service, they helped us find the perfect wedding rings to match our style. 3 weeks before our wedding, we had a small problem with sizing my husband-to-be's ring due to the size he needed and were sad to find out that his would have to be special ordered (8 weeks). We would not have his ring for our ceremony but they did provide us with an option of using the same ring in a larger size with a sizer so we would still have it in pictures. Although this was not ideal, we were going to make it work. A few days later, we got a call from them and Kelly who helped us choose our rings, did a lot of searching and found his ring in his size from another location...had it shipped and ready for pick-up with my ring. We had both our rings for our wedding and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received.
