WORST Linen company ever. Choua seems very nice at first. She worked dilligently with my mom and I to plan what we thought would be an absolutely beautiful wedding. We confirmed all the details with her multiple times, including meeting her in the days leading up to the wedding. She asked us to pay in full and offered us a discount as a result - BIG mistake. The day of the wedding, several tables were missing overlays (which made them stand out completely because they were white overlays on a gold cloth). She also changed the color scheme because she "lost" the sashes we were promised. Looking at the otehr reviews, I realize that this is probably her standard line... And on top of all of that, she left 4 tables, yes, FOUR FULL TABLES, without chair covers. She didnt get new ones, did ask for some from another vendor, and didnt talk to the hotel! I saw her for a moment right before the cocktail hour as did my mom, and she smiled and said youre all set. To our surprise, we found an entire row of our reception hall without chair covers! Good old metal chairs that stuck out from everything else. It looked HORRIBLE. On top of that, she didnt even have the professionalism to tell us! If I could have given negative ratings for professionalism and quality of service I would. This was a nightmare and not worth the headache. Her prices were reasonable, but if I had known what would have happened, I would have settled for more modest linens with at least a semblance of care from the person doing the work. DO NOT use her. BIG BIG BIG Mistake! I am so upset with her - she scammed us and cheated us and the whole thing is ridiculous. How could anyone be so unprofessional... Choua and company are proudly leading the way in testing the limits on bad service.

We had our wedding this last weekend and her staff was on time and fast working just as she had promised. My family ran behind in setting up my centerpieces and her staff just drove right in and helped. She was worth every penny! I highly recommend them!

Regardless of what anyone says, this company was wonderful! The owner always responded to our questions with professionalism and was really quick about it whether it was via email or by phone. She was always open to meeting with us at our venue when most of those other vendors require that we go to them. I found Prestige Linens to offer everything from draping to chair covers, including my sash color clover just like the David's bridal color which most of the other vendor said they had but it wasn't even close the sample. This is also the only company who offers a referral incentive that really paid off for me. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends. I give this company a .1 out of 5 because we were SCAMMED by this company. We were forced to have the Attorney General of Minnesota write a letter to the company. We finally received our deposit back after a month of headache they caused us. They took down their website and all their contact information. I was lucky i saved the girls number we signed the contract with. They went back and forth between the owner and ex-worker on who is responsible for the money owed to us. They had NO records of our contract or us meeting with them even though they cashed out my check for the deposit! This is a BAD company. Do not use them!!!

I had an absolutely terrible NIGHTMARE of an experience with this company as well. First the owner accused me of not mailing my check and asking me to resend it, when I had already mailed it.. after two weeks of fighting her about it, she finally said "oh, it magically showed up today." right. Then when it came time for the wedding, I had a bridesmaid pick up the sashes and covers and Choua casually told her "oh, I didn't have enough of the satin sashes, so there are a few that are a different material but the same color." Really? So we brushed it off and as we started setting up the reception dining room.. we realize she has sent us two COMPLETELY different colors of purple. My husband called her right away as she assured us if we needed anything she'd be there to help. She wasn't. To make a long story short, we finally got our money back (well.. part of it) TWO MONTHS later. She had stories of deaths in the family, and being out of town.. but seriously, who doesn't check their email and phone messages every day? Most people can check their email FROM their phone. We literally emailed her every other day and my husband would call her voicemail and leave blank messages until her mailbox would fill up... it seems crazy, but this is the ONLY way we were able to get our money back.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
