Rev. Derek was a great officiant for our wedding. He provided us with a wonderful service and even got some laughs! It was very nice that he was willing to meet with us well in advance, get to know us a little, and find out what we wanted for our ceremony. He was always very responsive and available. He has a lot of experience so I wasn't worried one bit about anything! Rev. Derek was a great choice for us!

Reverend Derek was amazing! Our cremony was absolutely perfect and we got so many compliments on how everything went and the vows that we chose. Rev. Derek was always available to answer questions and help out in our planning process. He provided many examples and ideas of material that we could use that was extremely helpful and his words during the ceremony were perfect. He was a mix of humor and professionalism that was extremely appreciated! I would recommend his services to anyone!

Derek was absolutely amazing! He was very responsive during our planning process. We only met with him once and he was kind enough to travel to our house to meet us. We felt very confident with our first meeting that everything would be perfect. He was on time for the wedding and went over all of the details with us and then with the wedding party. After the ceremony, we heard so many great comments about Derek. We also wanted a blessing for our meal and Derek kindly agreed to do this for us. I'm very happy that we chose him for our wedding!

We highly recommend Rev. Derek! We were very comfortable with him from the first moment and we loved his many entertaining stories. He was respectful of- and helped us find a good balance between- our differing religious points of view. He was very responsive to our questions and provided his helpful expert advice when necessary as we worked together to incorporate several personal touches to our ceremony. He was attentive to detail, supportive, and flexible throughout the whole process. Our ceremony was beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the essential role he played! Thank you Rev. Derek!

If you're looking for an officiant who will help ensure that your ceremony is exactly as you envision it, I would highly recommend Rev. Derek. He demonstrated his warmth and professionalism from our first meeting through the wedding day (and was extra flexible as we had to change the wedding date at the last minute!). He helped customize our ceremony, and it was even better than we'd hoped. His personal words were meaningful, sincere, and shared with a touch of humor. He helped make our wedding day extra special, and I know he'll do the same for you!

Reverend Derek was kind, friendly, professional, warm, and most importantly had a very calm demeanor. I fely comfotable at ease and the ceremony was beautiful. He met with us ahead of time so we knew exactly what the ceremony would be like and it was exactly that. I would recommend him 100%!

We loved having Derek as our minister and everyone else thought he was great too! They kept asking where we found him. He helped us stay calm even though we were having a stressful morning and he has a great sense of humor. He was very responsive to all our e-mails and concerns. He even came to our house to meet with us. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a minister!!!

Rev Derek did an awesome job at our wedding. We had an outdoor ceremony and it started to rain shortly before the ceremony started. We made a few last minute changes in the ceremony so we weren't all standing in the rain for a long period of time... he was very flexible. We had a number of compliments on the ceremony from guests. The groom dropped the ring (he claims "because of the rain") and we all had a good laugh. :)

We truly can't say enough good things about Reverend Derek! He was so fast to respond to our questions and great at guiding us to plan an absolutely perfect wedding!! He is extremely detailed & organized, professional, personable, fun and has such a calming nature. We knew right from the start of planning that we were in great hands, so we never once worried about how our ceremony would turn out. Even with those positives thoughts it still somehow exceded our expectations!!! Our ceremony was exactly what we were looking for -- a simple ceremony in a non-traditional venue. IT WAS AMAZING!!!! WAHOOOO! We also did our premarital counseling with Rev. Derek and would HIGHLY recommend that as well. Why anyone wouldn't do premarital counseling is beyond me. We go to school for years and years to prepare for so many facets of life, so why not this all important one! My husband & I feel far more prepared now to handle the things that we will encounter along our journey in our newly joined lives.-Jennifer & Joe
