I worked with Jules, Amber, and Bode at Kraemer’s. They are a phenomenal catering company, working on opening their own exclusive site. Their prices are fair for what they offer. If the food served at your wedding is important to you, look into them. They are the ideal caterer for any food connoisseur. I can’t say enough about them. They are flexible, accommodating, personable, easy and FUN to work with, and damn do they know their food. My menu was one-of-a-kind. It’s not on their regular menu—if you have a vision, they will make it happen. We had pork medallion and jumbo sea-scallop duet in a maple marsala reduction with sautéed minced grannysmith apples, with a side of grilled asparagus and aged white cheddar mashed potatoes. I have never ever ever had a more tender pork medallion. Pork is really difficult to do, especially in massive portions such as an entire wedding. If anyone even used a knife I will be surprised, because there was no need. Their ciabatta breads are baked fresh that very day for you, I think some tables’ bread were still warm. They do it all—from the big details like the entrée, down to the littlest detail like soft butter to serve with the bread. They helped me out big time by setting everything up. They did my favors, my letters to each guest, the candles, the cocktail table centerpieces, and they didn’t bat a lash at any of it, it was no big deal to them. Amazing amazing amazing. They also did the liquor for our event. Open bar, top shelf everything. It's nothing but class with these guys.
