My daughter's wedding was 3/5/2011. The reception was beautiful. Michele transformed that room into an elegant wedding reception. My daughter loved the crystal votives hanging from the ceiling. We received so many comments from our guests. They couldn't say enough. Way to go. 10++++

Grand Designs was THE best vendor we found! We looked for monthes for a company that listened to what we wantedand could help turn it into reality. We completely loved everything they did!!! If we could give them more then 5 stars we would. Michelle showed us different tables completely set up with candles, linens, flor peopleal, etc. She turned our wedding into an amazing New Years celebration! A+++++ We've given their info. To several people. We sent them a bonus/tip on Monday for going the extra mile and to show our appreciation, Michelle called and said it was an honor to be part of our wedding day.......really? What vendor does that!?? We just loved their job and how they made us feel so important.

Michele was wonderful!!! The ceiling draping was beautiful and the linens matched my theme perfectly. She was also very helpful with last minute details. I would highly recommend Grand Design to everyone!!!

If I could give Michele and Tim more than five stars in each category, I would! I logged HOURS speaking with Michele 2-3 weeks before my wedding, and felt as though I were her only client and concern at the time, even though I know that was not true. She made me feel like a priority and like we had known each other for years. Michele TRULY cared about my event and day and did everything she could to make sure the room was beautiful, elegant, and that I was happy. She is professional, responsive, warm, ethical, talented, honest, and a pleasure to work with! She turned a last minute ceremony venue situation into something better than it would have been originally, even though I was panicking and uncertain. She can transform things that are "blah" into something beautiful, elegant, intimate, and unique. Over a week later, people are still talking about how beautiful everything Michele and Tim did looked. Michele was reassuring and made things transition smoothly and seamless to me. Seriously- I could write novels about my experience and respect for her. I would recommend Grand Designs anytime - they are SO flippin awesome!

Michelle was a life saver! She helped us out last minute. We were one of the many people that got screwed over my Monica Delaney with Moments Like This. I was lucky enough to find out that this lady was a scammer a week before my wedding. In search for someone last minute Michelle popped up, she comforted me and assured me that she could take care of us. And she delivered on that, even though she had a packed schedule she made it work for us. She even ate some of the cost because she felt so bad that we got screwed over! Thanks Michelle you Rock!

We loved working with Grand Designs! They were qiuck to respond to our initial calls, kept in touch, and offered many creative design choices. Their pricing was the best for chair covers and the ceiling draping was beyond anything I could've dreamed of, I decided that I wanted backdrop draping at the last minute and Michelle made it happen! They were THE best and I've given their cards out to my friends.

Overall great over the top service! Has a very hands on approach to helping you make the image of what you want come true. On time and right the first time. The ceiling drapeing along with the gorgeous chandelier was more than what I could have imagined and she threw in extras on the head table. I wouldn't reccomend anyone else for your wedding rentals! Plus they love what they do, which is rare!

I loved working with Michele, I was so sad that I never got to meet her in person but my breath was taken away by her beautiful work. I was very hesitent to see it the day of the wedding since I did not get to see it the night before but when I walked into that ballroom with my wedding gown and newly husband, I was so happy. Thank you again for your amazing work. I have gotten so many compliments of the ceiling decor, many of said they have "never seen such beautiful work as Grand Design before." Thanks for making my wedding amazing and afforadable.

Michele is great! She did my ceiling draping with twinkle lights! It turned out amazing! It made my venue a million times more beautiful. I paid extra for crystal strands and it was worth every penny. The uplights were a little disappointing and not worth it. I wish I had found her before I had ordered chair covers b/c she rents them for cheap and puts them on for free with ceiling draping service.I would definitely use her again and recommend her to everyone!

Do yourself a favor and book your chaircovers for your wedding through Grand Designs. They were prompt, friendly, and reasonable. I was a little apprehensive booking something this important from a company I had no referrals for. However, I was extremely pleased with the product. The chaircovers looked brand new and the sashes were very pretty and true to color. The service was great and very flexible. The price was the most reasonable we could find also. I would not hesitate to book through Grand Designs again!
