Rachel is great and makes beautiful cakes. She was very easy to communicate with which was extremely important to me since I was planning my MN wedding from Boston. She was also willing to work with my schedule when I was in town frantically trying to get details for my wedding worked out. And on top of everything else the cake was delicious! My grandma and several other guests said it was the best cake they had ever had!

From the tasting to the event, Rachel provided her personal touch to everything she did for us. I highly recommend this bakery because Rachel loves what she does and it shows. The quality of our cupcakes and strawberry trees were exceptional. We received a ton of compliments from display presentation to taste of the cupcakes. Thank you so much!

Everything was amazing. Our head table cake was decorated exactly how we described. It was so perfect for not giving them a picture to go off of. Words cant even describe how impressed I was when I saw our cake.

Rachel Wille created a beautiful design for our three-tiered cake by merging a photo of a cake design I saw from a magazine with the scroll designs from our invitations, my earrings, and wedding dress. In addition to crafting an exquisite looking cake, she also worked with a partner to customize a recipe for one of the tiers of the cake to replicate the taste of our favorite butterscotch dessert from our favorite local restaurant. The tier required the team to figure out how to keep sea salt in tact during the baking process, as the dessert's taste comes from the contrast of super sweet butterscotch & caramel pudding layers with sea salt and creamy cake. The effect was truly a masterpiece, and our guests were wowed by the specialty. We also included layers in the cake from Fresh Fields Bakery's menu - a perfect fresh strawberry layer with whipped cream, custard, and creamy cake. We couldn't have been more pleased with Rachel & her partner's creation for our wedding! The cake was in this case, pardon the pun, the icing on the our perfect day! I would highly recommend trusting your wedding cake to Rachel Wille and suggest you challenge her to make your dream come true - from design to specialty flavors, she was open to the challenge and more than delivered!!!

Rachel Wille is the CAKE QUEEN!!! I was so blessed to have had Rachel make my wedding cakes. Her attention to detail was phenomenal and the outcome was pure and delicious perfection! Not only were the three cakes an amazing showcase of her artistic talent, they were also delightful to taste! The flavor combination (lemon lavender, red velvet & carrot cake) was a hit with everyone! To this day, I will pull the leftovers out of the freezer and slice me a little bit of heaven :)

We loved our wedding cake! It was beautiful and delicious, we got a lot of compliments from guests asking where it was from.

One of the things I liked the most about Fresh Field's was that they didn't charge based upon the decoration of the cake but based on the fillings which made me really trust the ingredients they were putting into my cake. During our tasting, we didn't just taste little pieces of cake cut from a larger cake but we had actual pieces of cake. This was possible because these cakes are part of the delicious confections sold in the bakery on a daily basis which was reassuring. There were also a few cakes that we hadn't requested a tasting for but once we arrived and saw some of these other delicious combinations we wished we had requested these. No problem...Leigha just went right over to the pastry counter and took out what we wanted to try. The best part was that we got to take home all of the leftovers!Fresh Field's was also very flexible with their delivery time and they were extremely patient with me. I probably emailed Leigha 5 pictures of different cakes and with each one said "this is it for sure"! When I finally decided on the one I actually did want Leigha checked in with me to be sure, checked with the pastry chef to make sure it was a go and that was it! The process was very easy and painless.Finally, what you've all been waiting for...the cake was delicious!

Leigha did an outstanding job in creating the wedding cake that my daughter wanted! It was beautiful! My daughter chose to have a four-layer round cake... two layers white and two layers chocolate... with whipped buttercream frosting. Leigha was wonderful to work with... very helpful and flexible! The cake was beautiful and so delicious... just perfect! Thank you, Leigha, for being so wonderful to work with and for the fantastic job you did in making my daughter's wedding day extra special!

Our experience with Fresh Field's Bakery was phenomenal. They had not only fabulous looking cakes, but also DELICIOUS cakes, too! Their staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They did everything they could to make sure that our cake was exactly what we wanted for our big day for an extremely reasonable price for our 200 guest wedding. And - the bakery has so many more options than just cake, so while you're consulting with the wedding cake coordinator, you can have a tasty sandwich, cookie, or an assortment of pastries. I would highly recommend this place! They won't let you down!

Leigha Bauer and the staff at Fresh Fields Bakery did an outstanding job in helping us choose the perfect wedding cake. I told her what I wanted and she did the rest. I wanted simple, but elegant, and it turned out beautiful. It tasted great, too. We ordered 2 layers of white cake with buttercream filling and frosting, and one layer of chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling. Fresh Fields has many flavors of cake, fillings, and frostings to choose from. They also have a wide variety of specialty baked goods, soups, and sandwiches. I cannot say enough, how professional Leigha was, and how pleased we were with the process. I will definitely refer Fresh Fields to my friends in the future. Laurie

Fresh Fields bakery is phenomenal! They set us up for a tasting with a delicious tray of all sorts of cakes to try. You can tell by the whole atmosphere of the shop that they take pride in their work, but they don't charge an arm and a leg. The manager was incredibly friendly and worked with us to design our cake. I can't imagine ording a cake from anywhere else.
