Fabulous Catering

We wanted a cocktail like atmosphere for our backyard wedding. Eden had fantastic suggestions for how to make that happen, from types of food, table and chair placement, bar placement and food stations. She also had great recommendations for where to buy compostable plates, ice delivery and rental company. The food was fantastic and beautifully arranged. The servers were professional and friendly, they made sure that we, the bride and groom, ate something. I highly recommend Fabulous catering!

Eden and Dawn were wonderful to work with! They were creative and thoughtful. They went way above and beyond what a typical catering service should offer. I cannot say enough great things about these two! If you want a great meal, that one of a kind and suited to meet your needs, Fabulous is the way to go. I have gotten sooooo many compliments about the food. Even our photographer, who has eaten at TONS of weddings, said it was the BEST wedding food she has ever had! The entire day was flawless, and it was a due to the hard work and attention to detail that Fabulous Catering paid to all of my requests! THANK YOU :)

Fab Catering is the best in the twin cities. While the cost reflects this, keep in mind that you're also getting service that includes serious consultation--resulting in a flawless day.

The attention to detail and food quality was superb! It was absolutely the BEST BEEF TENDERLOIN I have ever had in my LIFE...and it was served in a field in rural Wisconsin! They pulled it off flawlessly. They offered Grass Fed Beef and all local vegetables-which was very important to us. I was beyond impressed. Also, their presentation was Beautiful and the service was seamless. Thank you, Fabulous Catering!

I recently hired Fabulous to cater my wedding at the Semple Mansion. After our initial meeting, I was looking forward to working with both Dawn and Eden to make my wedding food amazing (their tasting at the wedding fair was delicious). A few weeks in, however, I became frustrated when my emails and calls were not returned in a timely manner, and menu revisions were not as smooth as they should have been. Problems aside, the event turned out better than I expected. Both Dawn and Eden were present at the wedding and were extremely helpful. The food was beyond amazing. I am still getting compliments on my catering choice today.

We were very pleased with Fabulous Catering. It was so nice to have them "take over" all of my catering needs. They worked with all of the vendors and interacted with them so I didn't have to worry about anything and I could enjoy the day. Their wait staff was TOP NOTCH! They treated everyone so special. Especially our children who were a big part of our day. The food was awesome, better than I could have expected. We received a TON of compliments on the food from many of our guests. Eden did a fabulous job!

I have not a single bad thing to say about Fabulous Catering. I loved planning with Dawn & Eden (though was sad another chef came the day of the wedding, only because I enjoy Dawn!). While sometimes it took them a while to respond, I understand that I had high expectations for my caterers and numerous, verbose emails. We had a multiple course, sit-down dinner and it was incredible! Everyone continues to rave about the food and I had foodies from around the world in attendance, with discriminating tastes. They dealt with issues that came up and wouldn't let me worry about a thing. I cannot recommend this business enough. They were my favorite vendor to work with and it was my favorite part of the day!!!

The event coordinator and the staff were incredibly on the ball and seemed to keep their cool all through the reception - a pleasure to work with. The food was positively delicious and beautiful.

I am a Artist with High expectations and Dawn and Eden are over the Top in all ways from The creative consultation to the end which is a amazing mouthwatering extravaganza of Artistry. it puzzles me how other reviewers here have rated them low in some regards but rave about the end product which is what life is about! Life is Art, not a absolute of perfection but a experience to savor! True Artists are so busy in their creativity that the focus can briefly slip in Lieu of the Masterpiece! I would think of hiring no one else in my future celebrations!

Dawn and Eden were fabulous :) The food was amazing, people were raving about it for months after the wedding. It was all at a great temperature, they were great with special needs (vegetarians, low blood sugar, etc.). They were incredibly friendly and thoughtful and I didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of my wedding. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE getting married in the area. They were (as their name denotes) FABULOUS!

A caterer that truly lives up to their name! We had a rather untraditional wedding and Fabulous Catering not only was willing to work with us to plan a unique menu fitting to the occasion, but every member of the staff worked tirelessly and enthusiastically to make sure that our wedding was everything that it could be. It has been ten years since our wedding and to this day people tell us that ours was perhaps the most fun they have ever had at a wedding - and they always mention the fantastic food.
