Not good. We attempted to use her for our wedding, we had liked the idea of using a smaller local bakery, but unfortunately things went very poorly and we ended up going through a more professional bakery. She was unprofessional, it took weeks for her to get back to me. The prices on her website were different than the ones given during our consultation. She just seemed very unreliable and 2 weeks before our wedding, we were unable to get a hold of her until 1 week before the wedding and it was then that we decided to go with another vendor. We called and e-mailed her describing our decision and she did not even take the responsibility of responding to our complaints. The cake seemed to taste alright during the consultation-although it was stale. Overall it was a very unprofessional service and she seemed unreliable.

Took too long to get back to me with the contract. Did deliver cake in time but the decoration was poor. Was supposed to have swans on the cake but they looked more like ducks. Waited a month and a half to deposit check, which is now causing problems. Also, the cake tasted more like glue than cake. Very poor service, would not recomend to anyone.

She did my son's birthday cake, my birthday cake and will always do my cakes. Super fun cakes, easy to work with and a joy. They were really great tasting and I had so many people comment on them and want to know where I got them both. Sara Pool
