Bon Appetit

Bon Appetit did an amazing job at our wedding. We had no problems and they worked with us litterally 1 1/2 weeks before our wedding to redo the entire menu!! The food was amazing and the service went off without any issues that we were aware of. I would recommend these guys anytime.

We had to use these caterers at our Venue. I was not to impressed with their taste testing, but the actual dinner turned out fantastic and the service was great! The only issue I had was that they raised their prices 2 times when we were going through the process. After some negotiating, they did honor our original prices though. They also have two prices for each meal, one wedding price and one other events. Fortunately they gave us the wrong menu at first and honored the non-wedding prices.

Overall Bon Appetit provided high quality food and good service from their servers. We ran into a few problems with the coordinator. We were given the incorrect sides for our meal, salads were supposed to be pre-set and were not, and coordinator brought any and all problems to the bride on her wedding day. This is a no-no. In my opinion the bride should be the last person that is approached regarding any sort of issue on the day of the wedding. Rather than being flexible and using her expertise to problem solve, the coordinator brought issue to the bride and groom. When the mistake with the salads was brought up by bride and groom rather than apologize and work to fix any mix-up, coordinator got really defensive and almost argued that it wasn't her fault and that they (bride and groom) had screwed up. Don't argue with bride and groom on their wedding day! Good food, pricing got a little spendy, but not too bad.
