Arboretum Catering

The arboretum has a wide variety of dinner options both plated and buffet style. their options cover all different spectrums of price. We chose a famous dave's bbq buffet for our dinner and everyone, including us, were very pleased. We got to choose our sides and entrees from a list and modify it to the way we wanted it. Our guests loved the versitility and the options they had. It was different then most wedding dinners you see and was extremely affordable as well. They even had an option for a kids meal at a lower price.

University Catering provided our food, linens and non-alcoholic beverages for our reception at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. They were wonderful to work with. We had two tasting�s and the food was wonderful both times. Our guests loved the food also. We decided to not have a wedding cake and we served their tiramisu instead! It was delicious and we got it for a great price. They also did a wonderful job setting up the linens and tables, the room was gorgeous. Throughout the night we had different demands as far as when coffee went out and when the room should be cleared for toasts and they met all those demands perfectly. We also felt that there was enough wait staff. They did a wonderful job!
