Affordable Elegance Rental

I was very happy with the service they provided!

I chose Affordable Elegance because they had a large selection of colors and linen to chose from and were conveniently located in the town of the reception. I was very happy with the products I rented, but I will warn you that the customer service was not at the level of my other venders. The vendor was very quick and to the point and didn't really seem to want to offer any advice on colors or linen types -- things got done, but I didn't get a great vibe when working with them.

RUN! Everything went smoothly with our linen rental until 2 days after our event when we were informed they were going to be charging us 19.50$/table cloth for 6 table clothes they claimed to be damaged to the point that they could not be rented again. When I asked for any justification for this price they refused to show me a receipt or invoice proving this was actually what the table cloth cost them. . After many e-mails back and forth I finally gave in and told them to charge my credit card so I could be done with this problem. I received these table clothes a few days later and I could hardly see any spots on the linens. There were a few grease marks on them most likely from the pizza we served as our late night snack but I knew I had gotten grease stains out of plenty of fabrics and found it hard to believe they could not get these out. On my invoice it listed the damage as “stains which could not be removed after 3 washes with commercial cleaner”. Much to my surprise one application of tide stick and a wash in my washing machine and magically the stains were all gone… I am not sure what “commercial cleaner” they were using but tide stick worked just fine. I was livid at this point as it was obvious they put no effort what so ever into cleaning these linens. I sent them an e-mail asking them to refund my money and in return I would bring their table clothes back and provide them with a tide stick of their own. I have yet to receive a response to this request and it became abundantly clear at that point they were only out to rip me off. Considering wedding linen rental is strongly based off of reviews and word of mouth I could not believe how bad the customer service was with this company. Our experience after renting from here is one of the only sour memories from our wonderful wedding day and I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for your linen needs as I am sure anyone will be more curious than this company

I was very happy with Affordable Elegance. I was originally going to use chair covers (rented from Deckci Decor) but after I tested them out, they weren't quite right for my venue. Luckily Affordable Elegance was able to accommodate my need for about 130 white folding chairs even though I booked less than a month before the wedding! The staff was professional and everything went very smoothly. Delivery and pick-ups were right on time. The prices were very good, and although I only rented chairs from what I saw on the website and in their showroom, they seemed to have a wide variety of rental items at good price points.
