A Ride To Remember ~
For a truly unforgettable wedding consider the elegance and romance of a
beautiful, Vis-a-vis horse-drawn wedding carriage to carry the bride and
groom in royal style off to the reception. Our Victorian reproduction
Vis-à-vis (French for "face to face") and driver in black tux tails and top
hat, is truly elegant and adds a wonderful touch of glamour to any setting.
Notice how your guests react when they see a beautiful high-stepping black
Friesian bred horse and carriage. Lifetime memories and photos.
Our (burgundy & black) Vis-à-vis Wedding Carriage has seating for four on
plush upholstered silver velvet seats. Exterior coach lamps, covered
fenders, quiet rubber wheels, smooth riding suspension, breaks and a
collapsible top, which can be raised or lowered according to your wishes
(per weather). Also available is our matching six passenger Wagonett to haul
your wedding party or to give every one a ride. Call for additional prices.
All our carriages are pulled by special Friesian bred horses ( just like in
the movie Zoro). We are one of the few carriage businesses in the USA that
use Friesian bred horses for their carriage services. Friesian’s are
a rare and beautiful bred. Its black color, long heavy mane and conspicuous
fetlocks are typical of this trusty steed. Its friendly but lively
character, as well as its intelligence and eagerness to learn make it
possible to use the Friesian horse for many applications. We have Friesian
bred foals for sale at our stables.
